Cancellations and Returns


Please refer below for our Cancellation & Returns  policy:
* Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible in order for you to receive your package in a timely manner. Your order may be canceled by notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’, or any other means will be accepted.
* If your request to cancel your order is received after your order has been processed there is a 10% cancellation fee. Once your order enters the shipping department cancellations will not be accepted.
* We will only exchange due to manufacturers' defect only. However, you can be assued that all our products are well-inspected before delivery.
* The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled).
* We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
* We follow the guidelines stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore. Should you have a change of mind after accepting our delivery, we seek your understanding that we are not obligated to do an exchange under Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
