Q: Are the products listed on your store all available (in-stock)?
A: Unfortunately, No. We do not have the luxury of keeping in-stock products. So it's always good to drop us an email regarding the item availability, to avoid any disappointment.
Q: What if the product I want is not listed on your website?
A: Do drop us a call/sms to 8388 2071, or drop us an email at contact@smallanimals-petstore.com let us know which product you would like to have, we will do our best to carry that product.
Q: Do you charge GST?
A: No. We do not charge GST.
Q: What is the minimum order required to be entitled to FREE home delivery?
A: Above $40, we offer free delivery islandwide. For order(s) below $40, we charge an additional amount of $10 per order.

Q: How soon must payment be made via fund transfer?
A: Payment via fund transfer must be made at least 12hours before delivery.
Q: Can I do self-collection?
A: Yes. Please refer to our Delivery & Rates for places you can self-collect.

Q: Can we exchange goods?
A: We will only exchange due to manufacturers' defect only. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled). We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: You will receive an auto-response upon ordering, showing that our system has captured your information. We will then send/SMS a confirmation invoice to you, thus confirming your order.
Q: Can I change/cancel my orders?
A: For any change/cancel of orders, a minimum 24 hours notice of change/cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’, or any other means will be accepted.
Q: Do you sell pets?
A: No, we are strictly against selling of pets, if possible go for adoption.
Q: Do you all accept international orders?
A: Yes we do. However, please note that our minimum acceptance order for international order(s) is S$100 and above and our free delivery scheme does not apply for international order(s).
